YIELDS: 12-15 Bites

Ingredients:

* 2/3 cup Dark Roast Instant Hot Cereal

* 1 1/4 cup Pitted Dates (if dry, soak in warm water for ~10 mins & drain)

* 1/2 cup Walnut Pieces

* 3 tbsp Tahini (or your favorite nut/seed butter)

* 2 tbsp Cacao Powder

* 2 tbsp Cocoa Nibs

* 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

* 1 tbsp melted coconut oil(optional)

*Hemp seeds & cacao powder for rolling (optional)

Instructions:

1. Add dates, tahini & walnuts into your food processor or high-speed blender for ~30 seconds.

2. Scrape down the sides and add dark roast, cacao powder, coco nibs & sea salt.

3. Mix until the walnuts & dates are in tiny pieces (mixture may seem dry but should stick together easily when forming the bites).

4. Add melted coconut oil if your mixture is too dry and mix for another ~30 seconds.

5. Empty mixture into a bowl, gently combining the ingredients either with your hands or a mixing spoon.

6. Scoop ~2 tbsp of the mixture into your hands and begin to form bites.

7. Roll them in hemp seeds & cacao powder for extra goodness!

* 2/3 cup Non-dairy milk (we used almond)

* 1 tsp coco nibs

* 1 tsp tahini (or your favorite nut/seed butter)

* Coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Combine Morning Mocha & milk into your favorite container

2. Allow to sit in the fridge for 20 mins (or overnight!)

3. Mix in tahini & coco nibs

4. Top with coconut flakes & enjoy!
