I love a slow, calm, quiet morning when I get to drink my tea in peace and do some yoga before everyone else gets up. Then, I like to make my breakfast of homemade bone broth, some roasted veggies, and poached eggs. It’s the morning routine that rejuvenates me, which is so important. But, every day is NOT like that.
Sometimes they’re slow. Most of the time, they’re packed. But no matter the type of day it is, there is something so sacred about the morning meal with my family and sometimes scrambled eggs just won’t cut it. Here are a few of my family’s favorite Paleo breakfasts’ for any type of day!
For the slow-rising type of mornings
One of my most cherished rituals on the weekends is sitting in my favorite chair with a cup of tea and watching the sunshine creep across the living room.
