Here's how to make simple AIP Avocado "Toast"!
- Slice a sweet potato into a piece of "toast".
- Put it in the toaster for 3-4 rounds to cook it.
- Mash up avocado and add in salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread avocado mixture on top of the sweet potato "toast".
- Time for toppings! We love to cut up our AIP Italian Beef Meat & Veggie Bar and sprinkle it on top.
