Our Vermicelli glass noodles, made from sweet potatoes, are convenient to make in their own included cup -- just add hot water. They are low glycemic index and compatible with Paleo and other moderated-carbohydrate diets, but mostly you won't believe how delicious they are.
Our noodle soups are all gluten free and grain free! Most ramen soups are made from either wheat noodles or rice noodles. We wanted noodles that would rehydrate without being cooked on a stove and are 100% gluten and grain free. We also wanted to create something very new, yet very traditional.
Vegan Minestrone Soup:
For this soup we are using traditional flavors and spices - tomatoes, basil, oregano, garlic, black pepper. Lentils are a key source of protein in this soup. It is also vegan.
