I am always looking for new meals to offer my friends, family, and customers. I wanted to provide more options for Gluten-Free meals with clean ingredients that can be easily prepared on the trail, in the office for a quick lunch, or even as a simple dinner at home.
I am so excited to offer these new Everyday Quinoa Bowls! Quinoa is a pseudo-grain, which means that it comes from a broadleaf plant (Goosefoot) instead of the starchy seeds of grasses (Wheat). Because of this, it is naturally Gluten-Free! I am very happy to finally be including this nutritional powerhouse in our meals. Quinoa is packed with B Vitamins, Iron, and Potassium, and is high in protein, fiber, and antioxidants. It is also a complete protein, and contains all nine essential amino acids that the body can’t make itself but are necessary for organ function, bone growth, muscle repair, and more. And, most importantly, it is delicious!
We rounded out each of our Everyday Quinoa Bowls by adding mouth-watering savory spices and freeze-dried Vegetables, and we boosted the protein with 100% Grass-Fed Beef, Free-Range Chicken, or Non-GMO Lentils for our Vegan options.
