Our Vermicelli glass noodles, made from sweet potatoes, are convenient to make in their own included cup -- just add hot water. They are low glycemic index and compatible with Paleo and other moderated-carbohydrate diets, but mostly you won't believe how delicious they are.
Our noodle soups are all gluten free and grain free! Most ramen soups are made from either wheat noodles or rice noodles. We wanted noodles that would rehydrate without being cooked on a stove and are 100% gluten and grain free. We also wanted to create something very new, yet very traditional.
Vegetable Beef Soup:
This soup is 100% AIP for the elimination stage.
It’s a very traditional hearty soup with freeze dried, 100% grass fed beef, champignon mushrooms, carrots and kale. Garlic, onion, parsley and thyme are the main spices used.
